  When I arrived the time was 9:50 P.M. I went to the front door of this establishment and was extremely upset to find it locked. There was a gentleman sweeping that just stated at me when I was clearly attempting to get him to open the door. I cannot understand why the hours of Operation would say that the store is open until 10:00 but the doors are locked at 9:50 P.M. I was a shift manager at Arby's and understand the pressure to clock out at a certain time but was told that it was never at the expense of a customer. I am extremely disappointed with this store and will not attempt to come here again. I feel as if this was poor customer service and I feel as if the closer at this store should be reprimanded.
