  I work in the area sometimes and both times I've ordered coffee they got it wrong. I only speak English and I was nice and slow because I didn't want them to get it wrong. And still they managed to get it wrong. Amazing. How hard is it to make a "hot coffee , light and sweet"?
  
  First time the young manager was trying to get the coffee before we hit the registers. Nice thought. But you have to get it right. I got back to work and took a sip, spat it all over my work bench. It was black and bitter. Not even regular coffee. That means someone else got mine and that equals to two unsatisfied customers. Today the lady decided that I was too sweet so she did not add any sugar. It's a good thing I had some in the van.
  
  Going to Starbucks next time. Done with this place.
