  Horrible experience at the bar, I don't know if the bartender's were new or or just having a off night. Service was extremely slow for the amount of people that were there. They were very rude and did not seem to care about helping customers at all. Staff use to be very friendly, not sure what happened. Will be bring my business elsewhere.

  Disappointed that there were so many open tables but a 30 minute wait because of lack of servers. The hostess should be commended for her patience and professionalism in dealing with hungry, inpatient customers like myself who had to wait longer than the wait time quoted. She really kept her cool and I definitely would not want to be in her shoes. Once seated, food was great, waited a little long for our first round of appetizers but after that all was great. Again Hostess should be commended. Hope you can find more people to hire.

  Place is nice, food was good. Our server was very nice. I will come back. I would have given 5 stars but my drink wasn't what I ordered. I returned to TGI Friday's a week ago and it was so cold inside it was like eating outdoors. Service was great but even our server had on a coat. It would have been enjoyable if only they will turn on the heat.

  Why are there drinks always so chocked full of ice that if you drink three sips it's gone? The appetizers were good and hot, love their green beans with wasabi sauce. But I'm a vegetarian they did have a decent black bean burger...but that's it if you don't eat dead animals!
